I am in my mid 70’s & have been going to Cierra for 2 years. She has made a huge difference in my balance & muscle tone. In addition, her knowledge of muscle & body joints has helped me recover from elbow & shoulder injuries. I would highly recommend her for people of all ages
After injuring my back years ago trying to squat heavy I thought squats were no longer a exercise I could preform. Each time I attempted to squat my back would seize up and I’d have to head home. This inevitably discouraged me from evening exercising all together. Starting with Cierra she listened to what happen and took that into account with developing me a training program. She started me with the leg press machine and slowly progressed me into a full squat. Now doing the squat was difficult for 2 reason, 1. I didn’t want my back to seize up and feel pain and 2. She only wanted me to squat the bar with 10lbs on each side. Needless to say my ego was not happy. However she explained how we are starting to light to get the body prepared to have a load on its back and work on proper squat mechanics. Taking these foundational steps have progressed me into being comfortable squatting and squatting heavy with weights over 300+, which I though I could never do. I tell this story because she heard my issue, took that into account and developed a training program that worked specifically for me. Not only have I been able to drop weight and increase endurance, I’ve now been able to do exercises of my choice with no issues and have seen great improvements with my overall health. Well where do I begin lol, whenever I would train with Cierra, it would always be a fulfilling training session. Compared to most trainers at other places, Cierra definitely takes a personal interest in each person‘s training and is not in it just for the money. She works with you and your strengths and weaknesses and helps you build yourself up to a stronger more healthier person than before. When training with her you can definitely feel the sense of support from her when trying to knock out your last set or trying to get that last push up or completing that last lap around the building. There were times to where I would doubt myself when completing a certain exercise, but having her as my trainer and support system during those exercises definitely gave me the extra boost and drive to push myself to become a better person. So when looking for a trainer that truly cares about you and wants to see you succeed no matter what, then Cierra is the one and only trainer for you.
If you are serious about improving your health, Cierra is right for you. She is not a “one size fits all” trainer. I have my issues and she adjusts each workout to where I am. She is excellent with those that are advanced and equally skilled with older folks getting them stronger and able to do far more than before joining with her. She is reasonable and worth every penny. Just do it!!!
I have been training with Cierra for over 4 months now, she's helping me achieve my goal in transitioning into a power lifter. She is one of the most meticulous, organized and thorough trainers I have ever trained with. She pushes me every week to achieve my goal and knows how to set limits. I feel as though she is extremely knowledgeable in kinesthetic health and functionality within each work out. I look forward to the work outs she puts in front of me. The best personal trainer I have trained with. She listens to what you really want to get out of the workout. Will push you and motivate you at the same time. She is very knowledgeable on what she's doing. Personalizes workouts and food plans just for you. One of the best people I know. Caring and smart. You will by far gain knowledge and insight for the workout that makes you feel the best.
Cierra is awesome! I have never been in better shape than when I was training with her. And there wasn't a lot of cardio involved. I watched her train a few people, and she caters to different goals, educates and seems to genuinely care about clients reaching goals. Even after I stopped training with her (because I moved ) she would check in on me, give me workout tips and plans. I wish I was closer, I'd still be seeing her. She set the bar for future trainer for me. Thank you Cierra!
She trained me as few years back,she definitely knows what shes doing,she started making me do all these different exercises that I thought I'd never do, after a month of doing them my strength was increasing big time, if your looking to increase your strength as well as define I highly suggest you hook up with her for training.
Cierra is an awesome trainer! I've been training with her for a while and recently I've made the goal to try to be able to do a pull-up! She's been working hard to encourage me and to keep pushing me toward my goal! She takes into consideration what you want to work on each time you come in and will personalize workouts for your goals! She also is great at accommodating to any pain/injuries that you may have, which is really helpful.
Best trainer I've trained with. Easy to get into the gym with her schedule and mine. Workouts were personalized to what I wanted to achieve and what she thought would be best for myself and my body!! Definitely glad I started training with her!! Also hired her to train our High School volleyball team and WOW!!!!! Girls loved her (most days 😂) and loved the results they saw. Definitely paying dividends for our program right now!
Perfect trainer! She knows her stuff and can accommodate anyone's body type. If you've had injuries before or just weak areas she can modify it for you. Versatile with workouts and always ask what you want to work on. She's the best!

Scales intensity to individuals' ability. Every workout is different. Fantastic professionalism, great attitude. As a former gymnast, and a current soldier, I get more from a workout then I ever did on my own. Do recommend, did rate 5 stars for a reason, sign up now. You wount regret it.
